Customer Agreement definition

Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Customer has read and understands the Customer’s obligations and rights under this Customer Agreement and agrees and acknowledges that this Customer Agreement, The Customer agrees that Customer is fully responsible for making all decisions as to transactions effected for Customer’s account.


More Definitions of Customer Agreement

Customer Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Customer to provide the Services to the Client;
