Treasury Letter definition

Treasury Letter means the letter dated February 27, 2009, from the Treasury to the Company.
Treasury Letter means the Small Business Lending FundSecurities Purchase Agreement, effective July 19, 2011, between Phoenix and the Secretary of the Treasury, including the annexes thereto.
Treasury Letter has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
