Treatment Session means: (i) one (1) session of treatment with the System for one (1) patient, consisting of the number of pulses in the cleared or approved indication for which the System is being used in accordance with the Specifications; or (ii) one (1) valid treatment link (known as SenStar) to be used for one (1) session of treatment with the System for one (1) patient, consisting of the number of pulses in the cleared or approved indication for which the System is being used in accordance with the Specifications.

• At the termination of this Agreement, Neuronetics will provide Customer with a statement informing Customer of the total number of Treatment Sessions purchased by Customer under this Agreement, the net price per Treatment Session, and the amount of any discounts or other price reductions received by Customer from Neuronetics’ list price for Treatment Session purchases.

• If pricing for Systems, Treatment Sessions or other Products is not set forth on the Sales Order or in an Order Confirmation, then the prices for such Systems, Treatment Session or Products shall be Neuronetics’ then- current rates, which are available in the webstore maintained by Neuronetics and which Neuronetics will provide to Customer promptly following Neuronetics receipt of Customer’s written request therefor.

• You must always use the following codes when invoicing us: Nurse Therapy Treatment Session AA162 MLD Therapy Session AA671 You should note that, as referred to above, we will only pay fees for Eligible Treatment.

• Fees: the prices set out in the Application Form payable by Nuffield Health to the Therapist for the Initial Assessment and any Treatment Session in accordance with clause 6.

• Late receipt by Nuffield Health of the End of Treatment Report may result in delayed payment of the Fee for the Treatment Session.

• Greenbrook covenants that it will place Treatment Session orders in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practice.
