THIS CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE (this "Contract" or “Agreement”) is entered into as of the last date of the signatures hereto (the "Effective Date"), by and between PCY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Seller"), and RICHMOND AMERICAN HOMES OF COLORADO, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Purchaser").

Such situations may require immediate and expeditious action by an explosives or munitions emergency response specialist to control, mitigate, or eliminate the threat.

  • chemical tanker means a ship constructed or adapted and used for the carriage in bulk of any liquid product listed in chapter 17 of the International Bulk Chemical Code;

  • Cannabis waste means waste that is not hazardous waste, as defined in Public Resources Code section 40141, that contains cannabis and that has been made unusable and unrecognizable in the manner prescribed in sections 5054 and 5055 of this division.
