Tree Preservation Areas definition

Tree Preservation Areas means the areas identified in the RID entitled “Oak Hill Parkway Tree Preservation Areas.”

  • Subject to the terms hereof, the Developer shall be responsible for maintaining the Interior Tree Mitigation/Exterior Perimeter Tree Preservation Areas until they are conveyed to the Association.

  • Perimeter Tree Preservation Areas – The Interior Tree Mitigation/Exterior Perimeter Tree Preservation Areas comprise 1.50 acres, as shown on the attached Site Plan, of existing/proposed trees and under story vegetation, all of which shall be maintained by the Developer or Association.

  • The Interior Tree Mitigation/Exterior Perimeter Tree Preservation Areas may be disturbed in connection with the construction and installation of the improvements shown on the Site Plan, in accordance with the approved Preliminary Plat Construction Drawings.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Sanitary Sewer Overflow or “SSO” means an overflow, spill, diversion, or release of wastewater from or caused by Akron’s Sanitary Sewer System. This term shall include: 1) discharges to waters of the State or United States from Akron's Sanitary Sewer System; and 2) any release of wastewater from Akron's Sanitary Sewer System to public or private property that does not reach waters of the State or the United States, including Building/Property Backups.

  • Plumbing fixture means a receptacle or device that is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act land-disturbing activity means a land-disturbing activity including clearing, grading, or excavation that results in a land disturbance equal to or greater than 2,500 square feet and less than one acre in all areas of jurisdictions designated as subject to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations (9VAC25-830) adopted pursuant to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.
