Trial Event definition

Trial Event means the Tongyeong ITU World Cup on the 28th of October 2017.
Trial Event means a selection trial as described in clause 7.5. “WA” means World Archery (http://www.worldarchery.org). “WADA” means World Anti-Doping Agency.

  • Travel to and from any Trial Event will be at the Archer’s expense.

  • Failure to compete in required trials will automatically exclude the Archer from selection for said International Event.If there is no Trial Event required the Selection Panel will proceed with the selection of the Team and seek ratification from the Board of Archery NZ.

  • The nature, format and location of any Trial Event shall be decided by the Selectors, at their discretion and in consultation with the Board of Archery NZ and will reflect the Archery Event the trial is for.

  • The possession of the Unit allotted shall have to be taken over by the Allottee / buyer by the due date intimated in the “offer of possession”, failing which “Holding Charges” @Rs. 15.00 per sft(plus applicable GST) per month shall be charged for the entire period of delay besides payment of maintenance charges (on actual) along with interest at Default Rate for delayed payment.

  • It was highlighted that the Isle of Wight MotorcycleTime Trial Event was due to be considered by the Cabinet in March 2021, and members sought confirmation that this was still due to take place.

  • Note: The athletes best placed at the Trial Event, will automatically earn the right to represent New Zealand in the Asia and Oceania Youth Olympic Games Qualification Event.


More Definitions of Trial Event

Trial Event means the Cozumel ITU World Cup on or around 30 September / 1 October 2017.
Trial Event means the event referred to in clause 4.2(b)(iii).

Related to Trial Event

  • Special Event means any of a Tax Event, an Investment Company Event or a Capital Treatment Event.

  • Material Event or “Material Information” shall mean such event or information as set out in the Schedule or as may be determined in terms of Clause 3 of the Policy. In the Policy, the words, “material” and “materiality” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.

  • Material Events means any of the events listed in Section 3 of this Continuing Disclosure Undertaking.

  • Potential Material Event means any of the following: (i) the possession by the Company of material information not ripe for disclosure in the Registration Statement, which shall be evidenced by determinations in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company that disclosure of such information in the Registration Statement would be detrimental to the business and affairs of the Company, or (ii) any material engagement or activity by the Company which would, in the good faith determination of the Board of Directors of the Company, be adversely affected by disclosure in the Registration Statement at such time, which determination shall be accompanied by a good faith determination by the Board of Directors of the Company that the Registration Statement would be materially misleading absent the inclusion of such information.

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Withdrawal Event means the earliest to occur of any event which causes a Partner to cease to be a Partner, and to become a Former Partner, as set forth in Section 1.29.

  • Special event permit means a permit granted by the Division

  • Material Event of Default means the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined in the Senior Unsecured Loan Agreement) under any of the following sections of the Senior Unsecured Loan Agreement:

  • Medical event means an improper administration of radiation or radioactive material to a patient or human research subject that requires reporting to the department.

  • Early Dissolution Event has the meaning specified in Section 9.2.

  • Capital Event means and includes: (i) any transaction involving the sale, exchange or other disposition of the Project or the Company (but excluding any incidental sales or exchanges of tangible personal property and fixtures), (ii) any financing, refinancing or borrowing secured by the Project or the Company, and (iii) any condemnation or recovery of damage awards and property insurance proceeds (excluding proceeds from any rent or business interruption insurance).

  • Non-Approval Event means, in respect of the Benchmark:

  • XXXX Event means if there are any Mortgaged Properties at any time, any increase, extension of the maturity or renewal of any of the Commitments or Loans (including any incremental credit facility hereunder, but excluding (i) any continuation or conversion of Borrowings, (ii) the making of any Revolving Loans or (iii) the issuance, renewal or extension of Letters of Credit).

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Dissolution Event means (i) a voluntary termination of operations, (ii) a general assignment for the benefit of the Company’s creditors or (iii) any other liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company (excluding a Liquidity Event), whether voluntary or involuntary.

  • Suspension/Withdrawal Event means, in respect of the Benchmark:

  • Political Event shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 21.4;

  • Control Termination Event shall have the meaning given to such term or any one or more analogous terms in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Removal Event has the meaning set forth in Section 12.12 hereof.

  • Initial Triggering Event means any of the following events or transactions occurring after the date hereof:

  • Default Event means an event or circumstance which leads Operator to determine that a Venue User is or appears to be unable or likely to become unable to meet its obligations in respect of an Order or Transaction or to comply with any other obligation under an Agreement or Applicable Law.

  • Notice Event means any of the events enumerated in paragraph (b)(5)(i)(C) of the Rule and listed in Section 4(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Company Termination Event has the meaning set forth in Section 10 hereof.

  • Early Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 9.2.
