  • The formation, validity, performance interpretation and enforcement of these Trial Terms shall be governed only by the laws of Washington, and the parties hereby irrevocably submit only to the jurisdiction of the courts of Washington.

  • Customer may not exercise any right, title and interest in and to the Cloud Services, Documentation, the software underlying the Cloud Services or any related Intellectual Property Rights, except for the limited access and usage rights granted to Customer in these Trial Terms.

  • Since the enactment of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act, neither the Company nor any of its Affiliates has made, arranged or modified (in any material way) personal loans to any executive officer or director of the Company.

Related to Trial Terms

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.
