Tribal Conservation Department definition

Tribal Conservation Department means the conservation department of the Tribe, or, as circumstances indicate, of another signatory Tribe.
Tribal Conservation Department or “Department” means the conservation department of the Tribe.
Tribal Conservation Department means the Fond du Lac Resource Management Division or, as circumstances indicate, of another signatory tribe.

  • Resource conservation means the reduction in the use of water, energy, and raw materials. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 26a)

  • Health Department means the department of environmental quality, a city health department, a county health department, or a district health department, whichever has jurisdiction.

  • Market Regulation Department means all Exchange Officials and/or agents of the Exchange that assist the Exchange in the implementation, surveillance and enforcement of the Exchange Rules and other Obligations.
