Tribal Health Officer definition

Tribal Health Officer. The person designated by a Party TG to exercise health officer authority.
Tribal Health Officer means the individual having been appointed under this Title as the health officer for the Tule River Tribe.
Tribal Health Officer means the individual having been appointed under this title as the health officer for the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe.
