Tribunal Secretary definition

Tribunal Secretary means any person approved by the parties, at the request of the Arbitral Tribunal, to render assistance to the Arbitral Tribunal;
Tribunal Secretary means any person who provides assistance to the Arbitral Tribunal and whose engagement has been consented to by the parties, at the request of the Arbitral Tribunal;
