Trigger Rate definition

Trigger Rate means, as to any Guarantor, such Guarantor's default rate as defined in Section 428(c)(l)(B) of the Higher Education Act.
Trigger Rate means, for each calendar ------------ year falling in whole or in part within the Loan Term, the per annum rate of interest set forth on Schedule 1 to this Agreement (which has been calculated in accordance with Schedule 2 to this Agreement), as such rate may from time to time be modified in accordance with Section 4.04 of this Agreement.
Trigger Rate means the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions in, the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as the case may be.

Examples of Trigger Rate in a sentence

  • A Trigger Rate may be either a Knock-In Rate or a Knock-Out Rate.

  • It is possible however to apply a shorter term to the Trigger Rate.

  • The Spot Rate will only be compared to the Trigger Rate during the Window.

More Definitions of Trigger Rate

Trigger Rate means an IRR equal to the amount set forth at Section 1.1(1) of the STAR Technical Schedule.
