Trilogy REIT definition

Trilogy REIT shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05.
Trilogy REIT means Trilogy REIT Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • The Company shall cause Trilogy REIT to issue preferred ownership interests to 100 or more persons.
