Tropical Farms definition

Tropical Farms means farms (and related assets, including farm land held in reserve but not currently planted) located in Guatemala, Chile, Colombia, Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica, Guadeloupe, Martinique or Ivory Coast on which bananas, plantains and similar produce is grown.
