this Trust Deed definition

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed (as from time to time altered in accordance with this Trust Deed) and any other document executed in accordance with this Trust Deed (as from time to time so altered) and expressed to be supplemental to this Trust Deed;

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed and the Schedules (as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions contained herein) and (unless the context requires otherwise) includes any deed or other document executed in accordance with the provisions hereof (as from time to time modified as aforesaid) and expressed to be supplemental hereto;

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any trust deed or other document executed in accordance with the provisions hereof (as from time to time modified) and the Schedules (if any) thereto and expressed to be supplemental hereto.

Examples of this Trust Deed in a sentence

• The Notes shall be held subject to the provisions contained in this Trust Deed, all of which shall be binding upon the Issuer and the Noteholders and all persons claiming through or under them respectively.

• This Trust Deed and any trust deed supplemental hereto may be executed and delivered in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same deed and any party to this Trust Deed or any trust deed supplemental hereto may enter into the same by executing and delivering a counterpart.

• The terms of this section shall survive the termination of this Trust Deed.

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed (as from time to time amended, varied, novated or supplemented in accordance with this Trust Deed) and any other document executed in accordance with this Trust Deed (as from time to time so amended, varied, novated or supplemented) and expressed to be supplemental to this Trust Deed;

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed, the Schedules hereto and any other document executed in accordance with this Trust Deed and expressed to be supplemental to this Trust Deed and the Subordinated Notes and Conditions all as from time to time altered in accordance with this Trust Deed; and

this Trust Deed means this document as a whole, as amended from time to time;

this Trust Deed or “these presents” means this Principal Trust Deed and Schedules (as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions herein contained) and includes the relevant Supplemental Trust Deed;
