Trust Mortgage definition

Trust Mortgage. Any mortgage, deed of trust or similar security instrument from the Issuer to the Trustee encumbering a Mortgaged Property owned by the Issuer whether as part of an Account transferred on the Closing Date or pursuant to a foreclosure or repossession of Mortgaged Property.
Trust Mortgage means Mortgage accepted into the Fund pursuant to clause 2.
