Trust Series definition

Trust Series has the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.
Trust Series means a series of the Master Trust established in accordance with the Declaration and the applicable Series Supplement for the purpose of issuing the Master Trust’s Trust Securities comprising such series.
Trust Series individually or collectively means the separately managed component(s) of Trust Series of the Trust (or, if the Trust shall have only one such component of Trust Series then that one) as may be established and designated from time to time by the Trustees pursuant to Section 5.5 hereof.

More Definitions of Trust Series

Trust Series means, with respect to the Trust, a segregated pool of Trust assets identified with a separate series of the Trust pursuant to Sections 3804(a) and 3806(b)(2) of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act or the Trust, with respect to such a series, as the case may be.

  • CF Shadow Series means a series of Capital Stock that is identical in all respects to the shares of Capital Stock (whether Preferred Stock or another class issued by the Company) issued in the relevant Equity Financing (e.g., if the Company sells Series A Preferred Stock in an Equity Financing, the Shadow Series would be Series A-CF Preferred Stock), except that:

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.
