TSR Measurement Date definition
TSR Measurement Date means the Performance Period End Date, except as otherwise determined by the Administrator.
TSR Measurement Date means the date on which the Administrator determines the number of Restricted Stock Units that have been earned with respect to the Award, which date shall occur not later than forty-five (45) days after the Performance Period End Date (or, in the case of a Performance Period End Date that is a Change of Control, such TSR Measurement Date shall be the date of such Change of Control).
