Market Measure Business Day means a day on which:
Market Measure Business Day means a day on which (1) the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”), the American Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market are open for trading and (2) the Market Measure or any successor thereto is calculated and published.
