If no such days occur prior to the second scheduled Market Measure Business Day before the maturity date of the MITTS, the Ending Value will be determined (or, if not determinable, estimated) by the calculation agent on the second scheduled Market Measure Business Day before the maturity date of the MITTS in a manner which the calculation agent considers commercially reasonable under the circumstances.
In the event that a Market Disruption Event occurs and is continuing on a calculation day, or if certain other events occur, the calculation agent will determine the Ending Value as set forth in the section “Description of LIRNs—Market Disruption Events.” A “calculation day” means any Market Measure Business Day (as defined below) during the Maturity Valuation Period on which a Market Disruption Event has not occurred.
