If no such days occur prior to the second scheduled Market Measure Business Day before the maturity date of the MITTS, the Ending Value will be determined (or, if not determinable, estimated) by the calculation agent on the second scheduled Market Measure Business Day before the maturity date of the MITTS in a manner which the calculation agent considers commercially reasonable under the circumstances.
If a Market Disruption Event occurs or is continuing on any scheduled Market Measure Business Day during the Valuation Period, such day will not be considered within the Valuation Period for purposes of determining whether the closing level of the Market Measure remains within the Range.
If a Market Disruption Event occurs or is continuing on the second scheduled Market Measure Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity, then the closing level of the Market Measure will be determined by the Calculation Agent (or, if not determinable, estimated by the Calculation Agent) in a manner which is considered commercially reasonable under the circumstances.
