TTA Account definition
TTA Account means the account of the Custodian into which the TTA Payment must be paid in order to validly exercise the TTA Option.

As soon as practicable following receipt of the TTA Payment into the TTA Account, the Custodian will send the Calculation Agent a TTA Payment Receipt Notice.
