Turbine Height definition

Turbine Height means the distance measured from the surface of the tower foundation to the highest point of the turbine rotor plane.
Turbine Height. The distance from the surface of the tower foundation to the tip of the uppermost blade when in a vertical position. For the Wild Xxxxxxx Wind Farm, this height is approximately 492 feet.
Turbine Height means the measurement of a wind turbine from grade to the highest point of the rotor’s arc.

Examples of Turbine Height in a sentence

  • The setback distance between a Wind Turbine tower and Non-Participating Landowner’s property line shall be not less than 1.1 times the Turbine Height.

  • All Wind Turbines shall be setback from the nearest public road a distance of not less than 1.5 times the Turbine Height as measured from the right-of-way line of the nearest public road to the center of the Wind Turbine base.

  • The setback distance between a Wind Turbine tower and a Non-Participating Landowner’s existing Occupied Building shall be not less than three times the Turbine Height.
