TVA Contract definition

TVA Contract means that certain Firm Power and FPI Power Contact dated [ ], and known as Contract No. [ ], as amended from time to time, pursuant to which, among other things, TVA has agreed to deliver power to Landlord and Landlord has agreed to pay for such power for the Entire Parcel.
