UAG Common Stock definition

UAG Common Stock means the shares of common stock, par value $.0001 per share of UAG.
UAG Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of UAG.
UAG Common Stock shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.1(a) hereof.
