UBS SBLC definition

UBS SBLC has the meaning assigned in Section 3.1(g). All personal property of Borrower (herein referred to as “Borrower” or “Debtor”) whether presently existing or hereafter created or acquired, and wherever located, including, but not limited to:

Examples of UBS SBLC in a sentence

  • If the UBS SBLC shall fail to be in full force and effect for any reason, or of this issuer thereof shall elect not to renew the UBS SBLC.

  • That certain (i) irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by HSBC Switzerland in favor of IDB in the aggregate amount of $2,500,000.00 ("HSBC SBLC") and (ii) irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by UBS Switzerland in favor of Bank in the aggregate amount of $4,000,000.00 ("UBS SBLC"), as each may be amended, assigned or otherwise renewed or replaced from time to time.

  • Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.

  • Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;

  • Goldman means Xxxxxxx, Sachs & Co.

  • UBS AG, New York Branch shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • CGMI means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

  • Morgan Stanley Broker means a broker-dealer affiliated with Morgan Stanley.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners means Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Credit Partners L.P., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated.

  • Xxxxx Fargo Securities means Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.

  • Barclays means Barclays Bank PLC.

  • Natixis means Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC and its successors in interest.

  • Fortis means Fortis Inc.;

  • Macquarie means Macquarie Group Limited.

  • MLPFS means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated and its successors.

  • Sole Lead Arranger means SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., in its capacity as sole lead arranger in connection with this Agreement.

  • Royal Bank means Royal Bank of Canada.

  • Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated August 13, 2010, among the Borrowers, Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association.

  • Morgan Stanley Morgan Stanley, a Delaware corporation.

  • MUFG means MUFG Bank, Ltd.

  • BTMU means The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.

  • Wachovia means Wachovia Bank, National Association, a national banking association, and its successors.

  • ABN AMRO means ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

  • Citigroup means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

  • Citi shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Deutsche Bank means Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliated companies, as the context requires.

  • Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
