Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter definition

Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated June 19, 2013 among the Company, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.

Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter from Xxxxx Fargo and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, to the Borrower, dated February 11, 2010, relating to certain fees payable by the Borrower in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means (a) the letter agreement, dated January 13, 2004, between the Borrower and Xxxxx Fargo and (b) the letter agreement, dated January 21, 2005, between the Borrower and Xxxxx Fargo.

• The Loan Documents, together with the Bank of America Fee Letter and the Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter, embody the entire agreement and understanding among the Borrower, the Agents, the Lenders and the L/C Issuers party thereto and supersede all prior agreements and understandings among the Borrower, the Agents, the Lenders and the L/C Issuers, as applicable, relating to the subject matter thereof.
