  • Upon the filing of a UCC financing statement in the state of incorporation of such Seller set forth in the UCC Information, listing such Seller, as debtor, and the Administrative Agent, as secured party, and covering Purchased Receivables from time to time purchased hereunder, the Administrative Agent shall have, for the benefit of the Purchasers, a first priority perfected security interest in each such Purchased Receivable.

Related to UCC Information

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual.   • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.
