UK Corporate Governance Code definition

UK Corporate Governance Code means the principles of good governance published by the Financial Reporting Council being the “UK Corporate Governance Code”; and
UK Corporate Governance Code means the UK Corporate Governance Code published by the Financial Reporting Council and dated July 2018, as amended from time to time.
UK Corporate Governance Code means the U.K. Corporate Governance Code issued by the Financial Reporting Council in the U.K. from time to time.
