Ultimate Parent PIK Election definition

Ultimate Parent PIK Election means the election by the Ultimate Parent to make paid-in-kind interest payments on the Restructuring Notes as permitted by the Restructuring Notes Indenture.

  • Non-U.S. Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is not a U.S. Subsidiary.
