Unadjusted Share Distribution Amount definition

Unadjusted Share Distribution Amount means the total number of Shares distributable to the Participant (after vesting), on a one-for-one basis for any Achieved ROATCE Performance Units, before adding the Dividend Equivalent Adjustment or subtracting Shares for required tax withholding.
Unadjusted Share Distribution Amount means the total number of Shares distributable to the Participant (upon vesting), on a one-for-one basis for any Achieved Integration Performance Units, before adding the Dividend Equivalent Adjustment or subtracting Shares for required tax withholding.

  • Except as otherwise provided for in this Award Agreement, a Dividend Equivalent Adjustment shall be added to the Unadjusted Share Distribution Amount in order to determine the number of Shares constituting the Adjusted Share Distribution Amount.

  • In any such case, neither the removed company nor any new or substitute company added to the Index in replacement for the removed company will be included in the calculation of RTSR or the determination of the number of Achieved RTSR Performance Units or the Unadjusted Share Distribution Amount.

  • Except as otherwise provided for in this Award Agreement, a Dividend Equivalent Adjustment shall be added to any Unadjusted Share Distribution Amount in order to determine the number of Shares constituting the Adjusted Share Distribution Amount in connection with any certified Performance Goal attainment.

  • Cash Amount means an amount of cash equal to the product of (i) the Value of a REIT Share and (ii) the REIT Shares Amount determined as of the applicable Valuation Date.
