Unattended vehicles definition

Unattended vehicles means the driver of the vehicle is not within 5m radius of the vehicle.

  • Unattended , in relation to a vehicle, means that the driver has left the vehicle so that the driver is more than 3 metres from the closest point of the vehicle.
