Unauthorized approach means an approach that:
Unauthorized approach means an approach which has been constructed, reconstructed, altered or modified; which remains incomplete, or has become substandard for any reason, such as change in land use; that is not approved nor authorized to exist in its present condition, under present traffic pattern, by the department.

In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Unauthorized insurer means an insurance institution that has not been granted a certificate of authority by the commissioner to transact the business of insurance in this state."

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.

  • Contact Information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.
