Uncleared Trade definition

Uncleared Trade means a Trade which is not a Centrally Cleared Trade.

  • In the event of any conflict between (i) the Uncleared Trade Communication and (ii) the Terms Incorporated by Reference, the Uncleared Trade Communication shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
