Unconverted Debenture definition

Unconverted Debenture means the principal amount of this Debenture which has not been converted as of the relevant date.
Unconverted Debenture means, as of any given date, the principal amount of any then outstanding Debenture.

  • Convertible Debenture means the 6% convertible debenture dated July 1, 2008 and due July 1, 2011, in the amount of CAD$10,000,000 issued by Orezone to the Debentureholder;

  • Series B Debentures means the $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.903% Series B senior unsecured debentures of the Trust due July 5, 2023.

  • Series B-2 Preferred Shares means the Company’s series B-2 preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.
