Underlying Exchange definition

Underlying Exchange means, in respect of the relevant ETD Contract, the Trading Venue in respect of such ETD Contract specified in Table 4 of Part E (Data) in the column headed "Underlying Exchange", or any successor to any such Trading Venue, or any substitute Trading Venue to which trading in such ETD Contract has temporarily relocated, provided that, in the determination of the Index Calculation Agent, there is comparable liquidity in such ETD Contract on such temporary substitute Trading Venue as on the relevant original Trading Venue.
Underlying Exchange means the exchange on which an Underlying Security is listed;
Underlying Exchange means the underlying exchange pursuant to Condition 8.

  • Securities Exchange means, at any time, the registered national securities exchange on which the Corporation’s equity securities are then principally listed or traded, which shall be the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ Global Market (or similar national quotation system of the NASDAQ Stock Market) (“NASDAQ”) or any successor exchange of either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.

  • Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

If such term is used in relation to a particular Share, "Exchange Day" means a day which is (or, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event in respect of the Share, would have been) a trading day on each Principal Exchange and Related Exchange for the Share or related contracts, options or instruments, including a day on which trading on such an exchange is scheduled to close prior to its regular closing time.

  • Approved Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange and/or the Nasdaq Stock Market.

  • Recognised Exchange means the stock exchanges or markets set out in Appendix II.

  • Designated Exchange means any of The New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market, The NASDAQ Global Market, or any successor to any of the foregoing.
