Underlying FX Rate definition

Underlying FX Rate means the rate specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms;
Underlying FX Rate means the rate specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.
Underlying FX Rate means, in respect of an Underlying Security, the prevailing spot rate determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion as the number of units of the Specified Currency that could be bought with one unit of the currency in which the relevant Underlying Security is quoted on the relevant Exchange on the relevant Valuation Date.

Examples of Underlying FX Rate in a sentence

  • For this purpose a “Governmental Authority” is any de facto or de jure government (or agency or instrumentality thereof, court, tribunal, administrative or other governmental authority) or any other entity (private or public) charged with the regulation of the financial markets (including the central bank) in the country of the principal financial centre of either of the currencies in the Underlying FX Rate.

  • If it becomes impossible to obtain the Underlying FX Rate on the Valuation Date, the Issuer Call Date or during the Stop Loss Termination Valuation Period in the inter-bank market; or(b) Governmental Default.

  • Should the Underlying FX Rate fix below the Strike at Expiry, the Investor is repaid in the Alternative Currency and converted at an exchange rate unfavourable compared to the then prevailing market rate of the Principal Currency.

  • On the day of the payment of the dividend, the exchange rate (the "Underlying FX Rate") is HKD 8: USD 1.

  • On the day of the payment of the dividend, the exchange rate (the "Underlying FX Rate") is RMB 6.3: USD 1.

Related to Underlying FX Rate

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price.

  • Underlying Reference Strike Price means, in respect of an Underlying Reference, the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference on the Strike Date.

  • Daily Interest Rate means an amount calculated by dividing the interest rate payable to a Lender on a Loan (as set forth in subsection 2.2) as of each calendar day by three hundred sixty (360).

  • Applicable Interest Rate means, (i) with respect to each Revolving Credit Advance and Term Loan Advance, the Eurodollar-based Rate or the Base Rate, and (ii) with respect to each Swing Line Advance, the Base Rate or, if made available to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender at its option, the Quoted Rate, in each case as selected by the Borrower from time to time subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Strike Rate means a fixed rate of interest under the Cap Agreement that does not exceed the Original Strike Rate. The following changes are made to the Loan Agreement which precedes this Rider:

  • Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.

  • Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”

  • Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • FX Rate means the “noon exchange rate” as reported by the Bank of Canada on any relevant date or if applicable, the rate calculated by the Calculation Agent, between the Canadian dollar and the foreign currencies into which some Reference Shares are denominated, expressed as the amount of Canadian dollars per one unit of foreign currency.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Contract Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the highest rate permitted under Requirements of Law or (b) 200 basis points per annum plus the rate per annum equal to the publicly announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans to large businesses in effect from time to time quoted by Citibank, N.A. as its “prime rate.” If a Citibank, N.A. prime rate is not available, the applicable prime rate will be the announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans in effect from time to time quoted by a bank with $10 billion or more in assets in New York City, N.Y., selected by the Party to whom interest is being paid.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.

  • Maximum Interest Rate means the rate of interest that results in the maximum amount of interest allowed by applicable law.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.

  • Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, ____% per annum.

  • LIBOR Interest Rate means, for each LIBOR Loan for the relevant Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest one-sixteenth of 1%) determined by the Agent to be equal to the quotient of (a) the London Interbank Offered Rate for such LIBOR Loan for such Interest Period divided by (b) one minus the Eurocurrency Reserve Requirement for such Interest Period.

  • Settlement Interest Rate means, for the first calendar quarter or portion thereof during which interest accrues, the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on twenty-six (26)-week United States Treasury Bills in effect as of Bank Closing as published in The Wall Street Journal; provided, that if no such equivalent coupon issue yield is available as of Bank Closing, the equivalent coupon issue yield for such Treasury Bills most recently published in The Wall Street Journal prior to Bank Closing shall be used. Thereafter, the rate shall be adjusted to the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on such Treasury Bills in effect as of the first day of each succeeding calendar quarter during which interest accrues as published in The Wall Street Journal.

  • Then-Current Interest Rate means the most recently published Xxxxxxx Mac survey rate for 30-year fixed-rate loans.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the following rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for deposits in the currency of the Strike Price: the Reference Interest Rate specified in the Table which has been published on the screen page specified in the Table (the "Screen

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • Custodian Fee Rate As to any Distribution Date, the applicable Custodian Fee for such Distribution Date, converted to a per annum rate on (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) with respect to the Determination Date in May 2006 only, the portion of the Closing Date Deposit Amount allocable to principal (calculated on an actual/360 basis), but in no event shall the Custodian Fee Rate be less than 0.0035%.
