Underlying FX Rate definition

Underlying FX Rate means the rate specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.
Underlying FX Rate means the rate specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms;
Underlying FX Rate means, in respect of an Underlying Security, the prevailing spot rate determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion as the number of units of the Specified Currency that could be bought with one unit of the currency in which the relevant Underlying Security is quoted on the relevant Exchange on the relevant Valuation Date.

Examples of Underlying FX Rate in a sentence

  • If it becomes impossible to obtain the Underlying FX Rate on the Valuation Date, the Issuer Call Date or during the Stop Loss Termination Valuation Period in the inter-bank market; or(b) Governmental Default.

  • Each term or provision of this Agreement shall be construed separately and, notwithstanding that any such provision may prove to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

  • The Calculation Agent determines that the Underlying FX Rate is HKD 8: USD 1.

  • A change in law in the country of the principal financial centre of either of the currencies in the Underlying FX Rate which may affect the ownership in and/or the transferability of either of the currencies in the Underlying FX Rate; or(g) Imposition of Tax/Levy.

  • Underlying FX Rate means the rate specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • The unavailability of the Settlement Currency in the country of the principal financial centre of either of the currencies in the Underlying FX Rate; or(i) Other Events.

  • On the day of the payment of the dividend, the exchange rate (the "Underlying FX Rate") is HKD 8: USD 1.

  • On the day of the payment of the dividend, the exchange rate (the "Underlying FX Rate") is RMB 6.3: USD 1.

  • In that case, (i) the last day of the Relevant Number of Days shall be deemed to be the Valuation Date notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Disrupted Day and (ii) the Calculation Agent shall determine the Final Reference Price having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Underlying FX Rate and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines to be relevant.

  • The imposition of any tax and/or levy with punitive character which is imposed in the country of the principal financial centre ofeither of the currencies in the Underlying FX Rate; or(h) Unavailability of Settlement Currency.

Related to Underlying FX Rate

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price. For the avoidance of doubt, when determining (i) above the SPS Valuation Date shall never refer to the Strike Date.

  • Underlying Reference Strike Price means, in respect of an Underlying Reference, the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference on the Strike Date.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;
