Underlying Mortgage Note definition

Underlying Mortgage Note means the original executed promissory note or other evidence of the indebtedness of a mortgagor/borrower with respect to a Underlying Mortgage Loan.
Underlying Mortgage Note means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, a note or other evidence of indebtedness of Underlying Mortgagor evidencing the Underlying Loan and secured by the Underlying Mortgage.
