Underpaid Party definition

Underpaid Party is defined in Section 3.03(g).
Underpaid Party is defined in Section 3.3(d) of this Agreement.
Underpaid Party shall have the meaning given in Section 3.3.4(c).

  • Underpayment means any payment or portion of a payment not made to a provider for services delivered to eligible members according to the laws and rules applicable to the Medicaid program and to which the provider is entitled.

  • Billed Party means the recipient Party of a bill rendered from the Billing Party.

  • Sublicense Income means any payments that Company receives from a Sublicensee in consideration of the sublicense of the rights granted Company under Section 2.1., including without limitation license fees, royalties, milestone payments, and license maintenance fees, but excluding the following payments: (a) payments made in consideration for the issuance of equity or debt securities of Company at fair market value, and (b) payments specifically committed to the development of Licensed Products.

  • Indemnified Party’s Group means the Seller Group (with respect to a Seller Indemnified Party) or the Purchaser Group (with respect to a Purchaser Indemnified Party).

  • Indigent person means a person whose household income does not exceed the minimum household income as predetermined by the council;

  • Third Party Costs means all such third party costs (including legal and other professional fees) in respect of each service as a Party reasonably and properly incurs in the proper performance of its obligations under this Agreement and as agreed by the Partnership Board.

  • Royalty Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
