Undesirable Water definition

Undesirable Water means water that contains contamination that exceeds Class I Groundwater Standards adopted in the Groundwater Quality Standards Code (35 Ill. Adm. Code 620, Subpart B).
Undesirable Water means water that is injurious to human health, to vegetation, to land, or to fresh water, or water that can cause pollution.

Related to Undesirable Water

  • Potable water means water which meets the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604 for drinking, culinary, and domestic purposes.
