Unforeseen Work definition

Unforeseen Work means any new and extra work found essential to the satisfactory completion of the PROJECT(s) and not covered by any of the various TASK ORDERS for which there is a bid price or by combination of such items.

Unforeseen Work means conditions encountered during the performance of the Work, sub- surface or otherwise concealed, or of an unusual nature, which differ materially from those indicated in the Contract Documents.

Related to Unforeseen Work

  • Unforeseen means not anticipated or expected and occurring after the effective date of coverage.

An extension of time for an Unavoidable Delay shall only be for the period of the Unavoidable Delay, which period shall commence to run from the time of the commencement of the cause of the Unavoidable Delay.

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.
