Union or Unions means the ▇▇▇ NSW/ACT/QLD; the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association; and the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (NSW Branch).

The NSWNMA is the commonly recognised reference in NSW. Employee has the meaning in the Act. Employer means St Vincent’s Care Services Ltd trading as St Vincent’s Care Services (50 055 210 378). Permissible occasion has the meaning in the Act.
