Union or Unions means the XXX NSW/ACT/QLD; the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association; and the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (NSW Branch).

  • When such circumstances require that an out-of-class assignment be extended beyond six (6) months for any one position, the City shall notify the Union or Unions that represent the employee who is so assigned and/or the body of work that is being performed on an out-of-class basis.

  • The principal officer or officers of the PLA Committee will immediately instruct, order and use the best efforts of his office to cause the affiliated Union or Unions to cease any violations of this Article.

  • This would apply to Contractors having more than one (1) maintenance project in a given locality and in the territorial jurisdiction of the Local Union or Unions involved.

Union or Unions means the Health Services Union New South Wales Branch or the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF), of which New South Wales is a Branch (ANMF NSW Branch). The NSWNMA is the commonly recognised reference in NSW. Employee has the meaning in the Act. Employer means St Vincent’s Care Services Ltd trading as St Vincent’s Care Services (50 055 210 378). Permissible occasion has the meaning in the Act.
Union or Unions means either or all of the Ambulance Managers and Professionals Association (AMPA) and/or the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia (APESMA) t/a Professionals Australia, Ambulance Employees Australia Victoria (AEA-V) and Victorian Ambulance Union (VAU).
Union or Unions means either singly or collectively:

Union or Unions means the labor organizations that are signatory to this Agreement, acting on their own behalf and on behalf of their respective affiliates and member organizations whose names are subscribed hereto and who have through their officers executed this Agreement ("Local Unions"). The Trades Council and the Unions are collectively referred to herein as the “Unions.”

  • Civil union means a civil union established pursuant to Act 91 of the 2000 Vermont Legislative Session, entitled “Act Relating to Civil Unions”.

  • Plant Protection Gas means the minimum volumes required to prevent physical harm to the plant facilities or danger to plant personnel when such protection cannot be afforded through the use of an alternate fuel. This includes the protection of such material in process as would otherwise be destroyed, but shall not include deliveries required to maintain plant production. A determination will be made by the Seller of minimum volumes required. Such essential volumes will be dispatched accordingly.

  • Western or the “Corporation” means Western Energy Services Corp., a corporation amalgamated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Alberta, and includes all applicable Subsidiaries and predecessor entities of the Corporation, as the context requires; and
