Unit Account definition

Unit Account means a notional account opened and managed by Us for You, in which the Units are allocated following the receipt of the Premium from You and in which the Units are cancelled by Us for the purpose of paying the benefits or for recovering the applicable charges;
Unit Account means an individual account created and administered by the Company for a Policy and consisting of Units in one or more Funds, which are valued in reference to the Unit Price of respective Fund.
Unit Account means the account maintained in the Special Ledger for a Director to which Units allocable to the Director under this Plan are credited.

Examples of Unit Account in a sentence

  • Upon the issuance of the Shares to the Participant, the Participant’s Unit Account shall be eliminated.

  • The Participant’s interest in the Unit Account shall be that of a general, unsecured creditor of the Company.

  • The Participant’s interest in the Unit Account shall be that of a general, unsecured creditor of the Corporation.

  • The Warrant Agent shall transfer the amount of any paid Call Price to the Trustee in immediately available funds, for deposit in the Unit Account and application pursuant to the other terms of this Trust Agreement no later than 4 p.m. New York time on the Business Day preceding the Call Date and, pending such transfer, shall hold such amount for the benefit of the Warrantholder in a segregated trust account.

  • The terms of this Agreement, including the RSUs, the Participant’s Unit Account, any Dividend Equivalents, and/or the Shares, shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 14 of the Plan.


More Definitions of Unit Account

Unit Account means an allowance tracking system account, established by the administrator for an affected unit pursuant to 40 CFR 73.31 (a) or (b) as amended through July 30, 1993.
Unit Account on a given date means the units of the Funds that remain allocated to the Plan at the end of the previous day. Any units cancelled before that time for any reason described in this document do not form part of the Unit Account.
