Universal Sub definition

Universal Sub is defined in the Preamble.
Universal Sub shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
Universal Sub means the entity described in Section 1.5 of the Investment Agreement and otherwise complying with the requirements of the definition of Universal Newco.
