Unmatured Facility Termination Event definition

Unmatured Facility Termination Event means any event that, if it continues uncured, will, with lapse of time or notice or lapse of time and notice, constitute a Facility Termination Event.

  • Termination Event means an Illegality, a Tax Event or a Tax Event Upon Merger or, if specified to be applicable, a Credit Event Upon Merger or an Additional Termination Event.

  • Servicer Event of Termination One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.
