Unpaid Time definition

Unpaid Time means activities that are not Work-Related Activities. These activities must be done on an employee’s personal time such as during a break, lunch, after work hours or using benefit time.

Examples of Unpaid Time in a sentence

  • Restrictions on Use of Paid Time Off While on Voluntary Unpaid Time Off or Furlough All voluntary unpaid time off or furlough imposed or granted pursuant to this section shall be without pay.

Related to Unpaid Time

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Ex-Dividend Time means, with respect to any distribution on shares of Common Stock, the first date on which the shares of Common Stock trade regular way on the principal securities market on which the shares of Common Stock are then traded without the right to receive such distribution.

  • Part-time means regularly working less than the number of full time hours set by the Employer as a regular work day for Employees in an Eligible Class of Employees in the Policy.
