Unrecovered Balance definition

Unrecovered Balance means, as of any Payment Date, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the Recovery Bonds less the amount in the Excess Funds Subaccount available to make principal payments on the Recovery Bonds.
Unrecovered Balance means, as of any Payment Date, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of each Series of Transition Bonds less the amount in the Excess Funds Subaccount available to make principal payments on such Series of Transition Bonds.
