Unrestricted Global Registered Note means a Registered Note in global form substantially in the form (subject to completion and amendment and as supplemented or varied in accordance with the relevant Final Terms) set out in Part VI of Schedule 1.

Unrestricted Global Registered Note means a Registered Note in global form substantially in the form (subject to completion and amendment and as supplemented or varied in accordance with the relevant Final Terms) set out in Part V of Schedule 1 (in the case of such a Registered Note being settled in Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg) or Part XI of Schedule 1 (in the case of such Registered Note being settled in DTC), as applicable; and

  • Unrestricted Global Note means a permanent Global Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, that bears the Global Note Legend and that has the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto, and that is deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary, representing Notes that do not bear the Private Placement Legend.

  • Restricted Global Security As defined in Section 3.01(c).

  • Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.

  • Unrestricted Definitive Note means one or more Definitive Notes that do not bear and are not required to bear the Private Placement Legend.

  • Definitive Registered Note means, with respect to the Notes, a certificated Note registered in the name of the Holder thereof and issued in accordance with Section 2.06 hereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto except that such Note shall not bear the legends applicable to Global Notes and shall not have the “Schedule of Principal Amount in the Global Note” attached thereto.
