Examples of Unreturned Original Cost in a sentence
Immediately prior to the Public Offering Time, each share of Class A Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Public Offering Time shall be, without further action by the Corporation or the holder thereof, changed and converted into a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the sum of the Unreturned Original Cost on each such share of Class A Common Stock as of the Public Offering Time divided by the Net Public Offering Price.
Each Preferred Unit (other than a Paid Preferred Unit) shall accrue a preferred return in an amount equal to 14.0% per annum (subject to increase as provided below), multiplied by the Unreturned Original Cost for such Preferred Unit (such product, the "Preferred Return").
After the Distributions described in paragraph 2(a)(i) above have been made, the holders of Class A Common shall be entitled to receive all Distributions, ratably based upon the aggregate Unreturned Original Cost of the shares of Class A Common held by each such holder, until the holders of Class A Common receive Distributions equal to the aggregate Unreturned Original Cost of all outstanding shares of Class A Common.

The fraction resulting from dividing the sum of the Unreturned Original Cost and Unpaid Yield of each outstanding share of Accruing Common by the Public Offering Price is referred to herein as the "Conversion Factor".
