Examples of Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker in a sentence

  • If the Client believes that a Temporary Worker is unsuitable to perform the Assignment (an Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker), then the Client shall notify Nurse Plus in writing immediately of that fact giving reasonable grounds for its dissatisfaction with the Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker.

  • The Client may terminate the Assignment by instructing the Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker to leave the Assignment immediately and notifying Caring Works immediately, or by directing Caring Works immediately to remove the Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker.

  • If (acting reasonably and in a non-discriminatory fashion) either party believes that a Temporary Worker is unsuitable to perform the relevant Assignment once the Temporary Worker has arrived at the Client's premises and/or the provision of services by the Temporary Worker has commenced (an "Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker"), then such party shall notify the other party in writing, giving the grounds for its dissatisfaction.

  • If the Client decides that a Temporary Worker or a Volunteer is an Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker, the Client shall notify Fielder in writing of that fact within 48 hours giving the grounds for its dissatisfaction with the Unsatisfactory Temporary Worker or Volunteer including, using the Staff Hub, Help System or by written contact with Fielder.
