Unscheduled Redemption Date definition

Unscheduled Redemption Date means 2 Business Days immediately following each Unscheduled Principal Repayment Amount Date.
Unscheduled Redemption Date means each date specified in a notice provided for in and as defined in Section 4.2(c).
Unscheduled Redemption Date means the third Payment Business Day following the date on which the Company receives any Loan Unscheduled Prepayment Amount.

  • On each Unscheduled Redemption Date, the Issuer shall partially (or fully, if applicable) redeem each Note in the series then outstanding by reducing the principal amount of all but not some of the Notes then outstanding by the Unscheduled Nominal Amount and paying each Noteholder an amount equal to the Unscheduled Redemption Amount.

  • Upon each partial (or full, if applicable) redemption pursuant to this Condition 6(l),and on the Unscheduled Redemption Date: (iii) the Aggregate Nominal Amount of the series of Notes then outstanding, and Specified Denomination (on a pro rata basis) shall be reduced accordingly by the Unscheduled Nominal Amount.

  • The Trust will redeem Trust Securities on any Scheduled Redemption Date or Unscheduled Redemption Date only to the extent it has funds then on hand and available therefor in the Payment Account.

  • In addition, the Trust shall, at least two Business Days prior to any Unscheduled Redemption Date, provide each Holder with written notice of the Make-Whole Loan Amount payable in connection with such Redemption of such Holder's Preferred Securities including a reasonably detailed computation thereof.

  • If the Trust gives a notice of redemption, then the applicable Redemption Amount in such notice will become due and payable on such Unscheduled Redemption Date and by 1:00 p.m., New York City time on the date fixed for redemption, the Trust will redeem the Trust Securities at the Redemption Amount.

  • The Trust will redeem Trust Securities on any Unscheduled Redemption Date only to the extent it has funds then on hand and available therefor in the Payment Account.

Related to Unscheduled Redemption Date

  • Scheduled Redemption Date means the first (1st) Business Day following the twenty first (21st) anniversary of the Issue Date.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Scheduled Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.

  • Tax Redemption Date means, when used with respect to any Note to be redeemed pursuant to a Tax Redemption, the date fixed for such Tax Redemption pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Special Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.A hereof.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Change of Control Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2;

  • Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.

  • Tax Event Redemption Date means the date upon which a Tax Event Redemption is to occur.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
