Upgraded Process definition

Upgraded Process is defined in Section 2A.f. Schedule 4 Transparency Principles Synchrony Bank promotes full transparency and disclosure to all applicants for its healthcare financing program (the “Program”). To ensure that applicants are aware of several key attributes of the Program, you hereby agree as follows:
Upgraded Process is defined in Section 2A(a).
Upgraded Process is defined in Section 2A(a). In addition to the terms and conditions of the Agreement set forth above, the following terms and conditions apply to Merchants participating on one of Bank’s installment lending Programs.

Examples of Upgraded Process in a sentence

  • Retailer will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement any Upgraded Process within 120 days from the date of notice from Bank (which may be made by email) of an Upgraded Process.

  • Merchant will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement any Upgraded Process within 90 days from the date of notice from Bank (which may be made by email) of an Upgraded Process.

  • If Bank reasonably determines that Retailer’s failure to implement an Upgraded Process based on the preceding sentence will cause the continued processing of Internet transactions to violate applicable law, then Bank may suspend the processing of Internet transactions under the Program until Retailer implements the applicable Upgraded Process or otherwise conforms the processing of Internet transactions to the requirements of applicable law.

  • However, Retailer will be under no obligation to implement any Upgraded Process if Retailer in good faith determines that any such implementation cannot be done on a commercially reasonable basis or that the cost and burden of any such implementation would outweigh the benefits to Retailer of implementing the applicable Upgraded Process.

  • Retailer will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement any Upgraded Process within 90 days from the date of notice from Bank (which may be made by email) of an Upgraded Process.

  • Total suspended particulate means particulate matter as measured by the method described in 40 CFR 50, Appendix B.

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Production, Use or Storage of Nuclear Material means the production, manufacture, enrichment, conditioning, processing, reprocessing, use, storage, handling and disposal of Nuclear Material.

  • CREFC® Historical Liquidation Loss Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Historical Liquidation Loss Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Minimum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more generating resources to operate at or below Normal Minimum Generation, in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.

  • Shielded position means the location within the radiographic exposure device or storage container which, by manufacturer's design, is the proper location for storage of the sealed source.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 115 of this Tariff.

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114.

  • Taxable Wage Base means, with respect to any Plan Year, the contribution and benefit base under Section 230 of the Social Security Act at the beginning of such Plan Year.

  • Buffer Zone means an area designated to be left along roads or other features in which there will be no cutting.

  • CREFC® Significant Insurance Event Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Significant Insurance Event Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Child-headed household means a household where the main caregiver of the said household is younger than 18 years of age. Child-headed household means a household headed by a child as defined in terms of section 28(3) of the Constitution.

  • SOUND NATURAL TEETH means teeth that: SPECIALTY PRESCRIPTION DRUG is a type of prescription drug listed on our

  • Bondable stranded costs rate order means one or more

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • Flying bug insecticide means any insecticide product that is designed for use against flying insects or other flying arthropods, including but not limited to flies, mosquitoes, moths, or gnats. “Flying Bug Insecticide” does not include “wasp and hornet insecticide,” products that are designed to be used exclusively on humans or animals, or any moth-proofing product. For the purposes of this definition only, “moth-proofing product” means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature indicates that the product is designed to protect fabrics from damage by moths, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against flying insects or other flying arthropods.

  • Is regarded as having an impairment means has a physical or mental impairment that does not substantially limit one or more major life activities but that is treated by a recipient as constituting such a limitation; or

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Crawling bug insecticide means any insecticide product that is designed for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods, including, but not limited to, mites, silverfish or spiders. “Crawling Bug Insecticide” does not include products designed to be used exclusively on humans or animals, or any house dust mite product. For the purposes of this definition only:

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in

  • Ozone-depleting substance means any substance the Environmental Protection Agency designates in 40 CFR part 82 as--

  • Low-level radioactive waste or “waste” means radioactive material that consists of or contains class A, B, or C radioactive waste as defined by 10 C.F.R. 61.55, as in effect on January 26, 1983, but does not include waste or material that is any of the following:

  • Maximum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection to address either a generation or transmission emergency in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more Generation Capacity Resources, or Non- Retail Behind The Meter Generation resources to operate at its maximum net or gross electrical power output, subject to the equipment stress limits for such Generation Capacity Resource or Non-Retail Behind The Meter resource in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.
