Upgraded Process definition

Upgraded Process is defined in Section 2A.f. Schedule 4 Transparency Principles Synchrony Bank promotes full transparency and disclosure to all applicants for its healthcare financing program (the “Program”). To ensure that applicants are aware of several key attributes of the Program, you hereby agree as follows:

  • Merchant will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement any Upgraded Process within 90 days from the date of notice from Bank (which may be made by email) of an Upgraded Process.

  • Publicly traded partnership means any partnership, an interest in which is regularly traded on an established securities market. A “publicly traded partnership” may have any number of partners.

  • Sewage sludge means a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code. "Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.

  • Buffer Zone means an area designated to be left along roads or other features in which there will be no cutting.

  • Exchange Traded Fund means a mutual fund scheme that invests in securities in the same proportion as an index of securities and the units of exchange traded fund are mandatorily listed and traded on exchange platform.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Small disadvantaged business concern means a small business concern that represents, as part of its offer that—

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Affected state means the State in whose Convention area the wreck is located.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Clean-Up Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(b).

  • Agricultural employer means any person who owns or operates a farm, ranch, processing establishment, can- nery, gin, packing shed or nursery, or who produces or conditions seed, and Wage and Hour Division, Labor § 500.20 who either recruits, solicits, hires, em- ploys, furnishes, or transports any mi- grant or seasonal agricultural worker. Produces seed means the planting, cul- tivation, growing and harvesting of seeds of agricultural or horticultural commodities. Conditions seed means the in-plant work done after seed produc- tion including the drying and aerating of seed.
