Urban Residential definition

Urban Residential means, in respect of those lands located within the Urban Development Boundary, a category of land use designated in the Official Community Plan in which the predominant use of the land is Residential and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes Low Density Residential (LDR), Medium Density Residential (MDR), Rural Center (RC), High Density Residential (HDR) and Limited Use (LU).

  • The subject property is designated Urban Residential under the Sackville Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and is zoned R-6 (Rural Residential) under the Sackville Land Use By-law (LUB).
